New 2020.1 - No export
Installed latest 2020 version and it seemed to work very well, until I wanted to export a photo. Error message 126 appears. Deleted installation with script and re-installed with the same result. Uninstalled and re-installed first 2020 release and everything works perfectly. Any suggestions?

After installing the update did you go back through your OS & video card drivers to optimize them for the new version?

Brian, yes my video card drivers are the latest and set up correctly.
I am getting the same problem as the error 126 post on this forum.
Seems I'll have to open a support request.
Thank you

I have the same issue. The new version installed and now will not export images!

Export worked fine for me after crashing out 6 times tonight doing some light NEF editing.
Single export worked but when I tried 40 RAW files the program crashed out. BTW, 2020 was working perfectly. I will uninstall until the issues are resolved.

I have the same issue , will not export and invariably program stops responding , can anybody point me back to the original download version please ?

Michael, if you didn't save the install file yourself, then you'll have to ask On1 support for that. The only official versions available for download are the latest ones.

Same error message 126 on several attempts to export. New update also will not let me magnify image in browse, which is helpful to cull through photos - have to take the extra step of moving it to edit in order to magnify.

Cheryl, please report the 126 error to On1. You can change the zoom here...

Has there been a resolution to this problem yet? Brand new user. I downloaded and encountered this issue when trying to export my first photo. If there's no solution, I will collect on my 30-day satisfaction guarantee and move on. I need a solution that works.

Yes there has. It was posted on some other threads about this problem but didn't make it here. Sorry.
The problem lies with a missing C++ library file in the installer. You can download the needed library from Microsoft at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=14632
