ON1 Support, or lack thereof
Does anyone know if ON1 is providing email during this pandemic shut down? I've sent in a question over 48 hours ago and have had no response. I need to know why there are no backgrounds in the folder after upgrading to the newest release. Where are they?

Firstly, if On1 is doing what they're supposed to be doing, they're all at home. Whether they can provide support from there I wouldn't know.
Second, On1 always comes with built in backgrounds, so are you looking for those or are you looking for your own backgrounds?

I assumed they were working from their home. If anything could fit home work, troubleshooting would be it.
I'm looking for the backgrounds packaged with the software, not my own backgrounds.

Those backgrounds will be there, where are you looking for them?
You should be able to find them by either adding a Layer and navigating to them or adding a Texture and they will be in the textures list.

On1 Tech Support are definitely operating, had a reply from Stevie today within 24hrs of submitting a request.
