Smugmug proposal and existing Smugmug account

Hello, I receive from On1 a commercial offer including 1 year of Smugmug (On1 Plus Pro...). However I already have a Smugmug account valid for a few more months (I use the same email address ...).

Does this proposal generate a 2nd Smugmug account or will my current, existing Smugmug subscription be extended?

(If this is the 1st hypothesis, could I give it to another person?).
