Smart Albums and ratings on import

i have an import preset  with a star rating and those images then go straight to a smart album and from there i have a few more smart albums with star ratings and i move from smart album to smart album in my workflow very quickly.

Now smart albums have lost their functionality in my opinion. I dont want to have to go to advanced search click on 'more' and then scroll through and try to find my smart album ratings ( which i had to save as a style ) amongst all the other filters.

 

it is time consuming and i hope ON1 raw brings back the smart albums as they were. Why take away something that worked perfectly.
