Advanced search by author

It seems that every time I browse to a photo, the author (and camera details) is added to the advanced search Author and Camera drop down lists. I have since deleted a number of these photos that are not mine but the originators details are still present but of course return no images. Any one have any idea of how the clean up these lists?

  Nope, don't know of any way to do that. I have only one camera, yet I have 30 other cameras on the list that have been collected over the years. That info is somewhere in the database and there is no means of accessing it.
