AMD Radeon Graphic Card
I've been struggling to figure out how to get the AMD GPU software in my new computer to work similarly to the Nvidia GPU software in my old one. I think I may have found out how. This has been very frustrating to me not being able to find it. I just found it and it seems to be working well, hopefully this helps someone.
For those of us that use AMD Radeon GPUs and have the newest software installed this may help with performance:
1 - Open the Radeon software.
2 - Go to the gaming header.
3 - Go to games. You will see 3 dots , click on that.
4 - Click on "add games".
5 - Go to C:/Program Files and to ON1 folder - look for the .exe extension. Can do this for any other program as well.
You can tweak the setting as you see fit - Good Luck!

You can also allocate through the Graphics settings in the Windows System Settings panel:

Hey Don,
Thanks for that! I do have everything set to performance in Windows but I think having the GPU software setup so that a program uses it makes that program use the GPU software more efficiently. I haven't done it with this computer yet but I remember when I put ON1 into the Nvidia software for 3D rendering the task manager showed higher GPU usage then when I didn't have it. I will have to check out the usage with the AMD software.

Don Maclean thanks. This will have to be done with every upgrade it seems0

Not only every Photo RAW upgrade but every OS update as well. They can roll back drivers to earlier versions in some cases and they can revert the graphics settings as well.
