Nothing BUT PROBLEMS!!!!
Since ON1 360 release I've had nothing but problems. My software is crashing its completely unusable!!! Prior to that the uploading was so slooooooooowwwww. I felt like I was watching sloth race or something. Support from ON1 HAAAA don't get me started with that its not even funny. Two days now I've had unstable software I've paid for. I'm NOT happy at all. I've not gotten ONE single reasonable idea of what the heck the problem is with their service/software or what to do about it and what's worse not EVEN an apology. Not a good start for a company attempting to unset Adobe at its own game.

If you want a reasonable idea, completely remove all On1 from your PC and do a clean re-install. The most likely reason for a crash is a conflict somewhere on your PC.
I don't know what PC you're using, but we have instructions to do that on either Mac or Windows.
I don't understand what uploading you're referring to, so I can't comment on that.

Thats pathetic, as I already had just re-installed it two days on a brand new machine. Its one of the first few pieces of software put on the MacBook Pro 16." So if I'm having a problem "already" that pathetic. Sorry but I'm really quite irritated by how they are taking care of me (or not that is) so I've got a really bad taste in my mouth. I had high hopes for this company and software but they clearly are not ready for competing with Adobe at this point as much as I'm fed up with Adobe not taking care of its Light Room mobile to Light Room Classic software sync parameters. These guys are going to need a year or two iron out their problems.
Uploading of the photos from my desktop to the ON1 360 server for access via the mobile devices. Adobe and iCloud are way faster at uploading my images which isn't saying much!

I run ON1's software without any problems like that on my 2017 MacBook Pro. Most likely something happened during the installation that is causing the problem. Here is the procedure for completely removing the program and reinstalling it.
Delete the following folders and files:
- /Applications/ON1 Photo RAW 2020
- /Library/Application Support/ON1
- /Library/Frameworks/ON_____.framework
- ~/Library/Application Support/ON1 — Make sure to export all your presets first so you can import them after reinstalling
- ~/Library/Caches/com.ononesoftware.ON1PhotoRAW____ There are several of these
- ~/Library/Caches/ON1 Photo RAW 2020
- ~/Library/Preferences/com.ononesoftware.ON1______ There are several of these one for each program module
You do realize that with the launch of a brand new program along with the updates to the Photo RAW program the support staff is probably inundated with support requests. Give them some time and they will respond. In the mean time we are here to help.
