    It is only one of a series of crashes, freezes, bugs, mis-saves etc etc etc., including an issue with the mapping facility, which was fully documented and reported in this way which they were unable to identify. Also there have been multiple crash reports from Microsoft which have gone unheeded.  There isn't a day goes by where ON1 causes me some grief, or lost work.  I think I will just cancel my 'Plus' membersip and return to the Adobe subscription model.  At least their software is stable!

    ...just now - 20 minutes work on one image gone completely - one jpeg saved a totally white canvas, one tiff saved as a totally black canvas.  ON1 then froze and wouldn't shut down. Had to force a stop. On re-opening ON1 all work had been lost....
