Crop gets reset to original size in 2020.5
When cropping an image during edit to a certain freeform size, if I go back and want to adjust the crop, when I click on the crop button it removes the original crop and goes back to the full sized image, in previous versions the original crop was still there and I could adjust it, it shouldn't remove the crop if I want to readjust it. Anyone else seeing this, I reported it to support.

There are already lots of posts here about this. On1 is aware and will fix it in the next update, hopefully soon.

Crop isn't just resetting, it's resetting to the previous image. So if you open a portrait and your previous image was landscape and then hit crop, it sets a landscape crop over a portrait image. It needs fixing and quick.

If you contact ON1 they can provide a link for you to go back to the previous version given this really is a tough bug to live with.

Andrew, Just a suggestion -- never install an update from within the On1 application. If prompted that an update is available just cancel out of it then go to the main support page ( link below ) and download the installer executable. Remember to change the name to the latest version number. That way if you need to fall back you always have the older versions available. The most current version is always 1st on this list on the main support page.
I guess if you do update from within the program you can still download the install executable for future use if needed.

Paul, the problem discussed in this thread was fixed 3 years ago. Saying you have something 'similar' is meaningless.
You should be starting a NEW thread and you need to describe what you're trying to do and what's not working if you want any help with it.
