Did you click done or return to browse before you exported the photo? If not try that.

David, thanks for the quick response.  I did click done and returned to browse before exporting.  I only run into this issue when I add textures to my images by the effects filter or by adding a texture layer.  It's very frustrating.  All of the tutorials I have seen for adding textures to an image always end before EXPORT.

Dan, would you mind uploading your image file and its .on1 & .xmp sidecar files for me to download and take a look at? If I am able to reproduce the problem we'll know this is something that has to go to support. If not I may be able to help figure out why it happens for you but not for me. Zip the files together then post the zipped file to a sharing site like Dropbox or WeTransfer and post then download link here.

    Dan,

I also have this same issue for the past few weeks.  Tonight I updated to the 2020.5 version 14.5.1.9231 in hopes that it might be fixed.   All my textures and masking work either disappears or looks nothing like the edits I have done.  I have been emailing tech support and still have not found out what to do.  I hope you find something out.

Brian, thanks for the response to my initial post and your offer to investigate the issue. I am also a Photoshop user and do most of my texture blending there. I thought I would give ON1 a try. I'll stick with Photoshop.

Janet, good luck with tech support.
