This link hasn't been updated, still points to original 2020.5 release files.

Try https://on1help.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360032741611 which is the link to the 2020.5.1 patch release.

(I have just downloaded the old version again from the original link and was just about to submit bug report about problems not fixed!)

I let Kahlie know that the page info wasn't updated, but the links on it point to the correct version. I downloaded from there myself to be sure.

Your link is the same page that my page points to.

(At least I know the Windows version is correct)

Ah but I was downloading the Mac version and, unless I did something wrong, that still gave 9199.

I hate that when only half of the updates are done. Nobody knows what's going on then.

When I click on your link from this page this is what I get, whereas my link goes to a page that Stevie put up about the patch. Did you accidentally post the wrong link?

The links, both of them, are correct. Hover over it and you'll see it points to a 9231GM release. It's just the text that hasn't been updated.

Yes, that's what I'm saying, but David says he got the wrong version from there.

David, did you ACTUALLY download the wrong file or are you just saying the wrong number is on the page?

It's the same link I got from my products page.

Maybe something has now changed but I have just reinstalled the version I downloaded from the products page at 11:05 (Australian time) this morning and that is 9199. I have now re-reinstalled the version I downloaded from the patch release page and that is 9231.

It was double checking the text on the products page that made me look for the patch page.

Anyway it is working for me now and if you are saying that both Mac and Windows links on the products and patch pages are now pointing to the correct version then that is ok.

    Thanks for you help.

David, On1 doesn't do patches. They always release a full new version.

Yes, I realise that they only distribute a completed new version but on the page I downloaded it from it is described as

    What’s in ON1 Photo RAW 2020.5.1 Patch

I was trying to find a way to distinguish between the two pages with download links.

I indeed see different links. This is the link to the 9231 version for Windows:

Below is a section of the actual HTML for the page I see if I follow Rick's link, this clearly shows that the download links on that page are still pointing to 9199.

I see these links both on my normal browser, Safari, and on Chrome which I rarely use and would not have any caching of old pages. Perhaps there is some form of distribution caching that means some people are still seeing an out dated version of the products download page?

For safety I suggest everyone is pointed to the page that I linked to above which does have the correct links.

    <h2><span style="color: #ff9900;"><strong>Current Products</strong></span></h2>
      <p><strong>ON1 Photo RAW 2020.5:</strong></p>
      <p><a href="https://ononesoft.cachefly.net/photoraw2020/mac/gm_9199/ON1_Photo_RAW_2020.dmg" target="_self">Mac </a>- Current Version (14.5.9199)</p>
      <p><a href="https://ononesoft.cachefly.net/photoraw2020/win/gm_9199/ON1_Photo_RAW_2020.exe" target="_self">Windows </a>-&nbsp;Current Version (14.5.9199)</p>

I just went to the link:

    https://on1help.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/205534438--Product-Downloads-for-ON1-Owners

    Selected the windows link:

    https://ononesoft.cachefly.net/photoraw2020/win/gm_9199/ON1_Photo_RAW_2020.exe

And can confirm this is the 9199 version and not the updated file.

Nitin,  are you sure you are running the updated version - Help - About On1 Photo Raw - version number should be 2020.5(14.5.1.9231).  The crop bug is fixed and I see it fixed on two different computers.

Support have responded to my bug report about the old links still being present on the "Products Downloads for On1 Owners" page linked in the first post in this thread.

They were out of date and have now been updated.

I imagine that they were in the process of updating them, but we learned about the update via auto-update and jumped the gun.

The problem is that there is no way to know if the links are up to date because all of the install files have the same name.

By the way, the Windows link was up to date. I downloaded and tested it before posting. It's only the mac version I couldn't check.

Nitin, Regarding your issue with crop. Just select any crop Setting EXCEPT freeform and you can enter the values you need. I am guessing the values entered are in inches. As noted in the thread linked you need to keep your mouse positioned over each box as  you enter the desired numbers. Read through this thread https://on1help.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360071482752

The image obviously isn't being cropped to a fractional pixel. I cropped one to 2148.99x1574.15. The exported image is 2148x1574. The program drops the fraction so you can ignore it. The Crop tool does work properly now, it's a UI issue that you are seeing.
