    I wish I could say the same for these people.  They were less than helpful for me.

    Aside from heavily hinting, that my PC is getting rather old.  (Which sadly it is..  But they were polite..) 
    I would say that, it has been my experience that ON1 Support are almost always helpful.  Although sometimes they have to pass the issue over to the Dev Team.  Writing new code takes time, but again patience is often rewarded by the next update to PR :-)
