Try turning on the option Enable previous profile calculation. Something changed in 2.1.0 that broke the program. This should fix it.

    That worked. Thanks Brian.

As I could successfully create a profile for the first time, imported ".icc" into ON1. However, when selected the newly created profile, the picture is rendered in "blue".

    With Neutral Profile

    With custom profile (same picture)

If you want to post your Colorchecker target photo and the image above I'll give it a try on my system to see what happens. Upload the files to a web sharing service like Dropbox or WeTransfer and post the download link here for me and I'll take a look.

Your Colorchecker tiff is in the ProPhoto colorspace. When you export the tiff make sure you set the color profile to Camera Calibration Space.

I am pretty sure I have selected Camera Calibration Space. Will try again. I have exported again. However, it still showing up as "ProPhotoRGB".

    Preview show it as ProPhotoRGB

That's all I've got. You'll have to see what support has to say. I'd be interested to know too when you hear from them.
