Latest On1 PR won't exit

    I get a lot of 'not responding' with Photo Raw. Usually, if you just wait it will recover, but sometimes it never does. All you can do then is kill it and start over.

    hmm, but I've left mine a long time and it still does not exit and uses a load of CPU. Then when you restart it, the program says the catalogue is corrupt (I don't use catalogues by the way). It fails to exit a lot for me since the latest update and it wasn't doing it before.

    I've never seen a 'corrupt catalog' message before. That's probably why the CPU is so high.

    You could contact On1 about the problems, but since you don't use catalogs anyway, I'd suggest just completely removing On1 and doing a clean re-install. If you want to do that, instructions are here...

    1. Uninstall via the Add/Remove Programs
    2. Remove the C:\Program Files\ON1\ON1 Photo RAW 2020 directory
    3. Remove the directories with "2020" in their names located in C:\ProgramData\ON1
    4. Remove the directories with "2020" in their names located in C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\ON1
    5. Remove this directory C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\Modules\ON1 Photo RAW 2020.lrplugin
    6. Remove this directory C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\Modules\ON1 Resize 2020-suite.lrplugin
    7. Remove the 2020 files in this directory C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\External Editor Presets
    8. Remove the 2020 files in this directory C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-Ins\CC
