HDR Module & ".dng" issue

I've just submitted a ticket to On1 Support regarding this issue;

 

In an up to date Photo RAW 2020.5, ".dng" files won't open in the HDR Module, but will open in other editing Modules. I tried all Modules even though the images weren't for editing in the "Pano" or "Focus" modules. In the Pano Module, I did notice though that two of the image thumbnails were 'greyed out', as mentioned in another thread.

 

Does anyone know why I have this issue?

  It isn't working for me either. Looks like a bug to me.

  If you haven't already tried this, delete your settings file. Hold the Shift-key while the program is starting up; you'll be presented with a dialog with options for resetting various parts of the program. Click the Delete Settings button. You'll have to reset any Preferences you've customized afterwards. This fixed the problem for me.
