I need help to fix this. just purchased the mobile 360 app and used my other email.
AnsweredI use two different email accounts . recently bought mobile 360 and used a different email than my ON1 2020. how can I fix this so I can sync my workflow?

You'll have to contact support directly about this. They will have to change the login info for one of the programs so it matches with the other before syncing will work. Use the Submit a request button below.
