    That's what I have to do as well. Nothing we can do about it other than report the problem to On1 support.

    You can do that here...

    https://on1help.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

    Make sure you describe the problem fully and what you do to fix it. Also, include the info requested here...

    Are you saying the My Catalogs column isn't visible or just that it no longer shows one or more catalogs? If the column is visible and missing catalogs I've found cataloging the missing folder again solves the problem immediately. It shows back up without having to go through the cataloging process all over. Faster than quitting and relaunching for me.

    Just press "D" on any image to go into the develop mode and then "G" to go back to the grid mode. Hopefully, the catalog will re-appear...

    Thanks guys.

    Rick you suggested contacting Support. I'm not going to bother because every time I contact them all I get back is - make sure drivers are up-to-date and GPU is dedicated to ON1. Every time. I know that's all they'll say this time. I'll just keep shutting ON1 down and restarting it. I had hoped there was a simpler solution to the problem.

    Harry, have you tried any of the other options that have been offered here?

    Brian, my Catalog it only showed ON1 360. 'My Pictures', which is my main Catalog was missing completely. This happens a lot. So, the only thing I tried was clicking on the + sign. Nothing. So, I just shut it down and restarted the program. My Catalogs were back then. I have not tried what you suggested or what Nitrin suggested as my Catalog was back.

    Just another one of ON1's quirks. Hopefully, they'll fix all these things. They used to have great support but now it's all just a standard answer - drivers etc. In the last month, or so, Support has had me delete my settings 3 times - all to no avail.

    Hi all;

    Still happening with the latest November 2020 release. About 30% of the time I have to restart to get them back.

    It isn't necessary to restart to get them back. When this happens to me I just recreate one of the missing Catalogs. It immediately gets added back to the list along with all others that are missing and they are already built, in-place, and ready to use. Much faster than quitting the program and relaunching it.

    Thanks Brian, works like a dream. I was afraid to try that before for fear of damaging an existing catalog.
