2020.5 Rename Files, not seeing serial numbers in dialog

I highlight all my files and ask for Rename Files. It just gives me a filename field with no drop down lists to add, remove, or add a serial number. When I execute the filename change, it does nothing and the files with the name change, didn't get sent to the destination folder. 

20200228_JoeOverstreetLanding_ is what I entered. That wouldn't work anyway, because I only got to put the static text in.

This is holding up my work.

  Some screenshots showing us what you are seeing would be helpful. You should see something like this:

  

  To add additional fields like a sequence number you need to click the + button. Here is how I set it up for your example:

  

  I'm on a Mac so your dialog will look a bit different but you should see all the same controls. If you don't the first thing I would do is reset the program's settings file by pressing the Shift key while the program is loading.

  Michael,  Rename is not going to move your files it will just rename them.  Can you post a screenshot of what you are doing? I see a dropdown option for serial number to the left of the main text box. Click on the + icon to the right of the text box to add more fields.
