I Bought AI portrait but the eye tool doesn't work properly

Hi,

I am using the AI portrait tool for the first time but it doesn't work properly. 

In the wedding picture there are four faces. In one of the faces there is only one eye detected.

In two other faces there is no eye detected and I get a message to click on the center of the eyes but I can't click on the OK button of the messages (it's greyed out) and in this way I can only click on the center of the eyes with the message still shown and the clicks on the eyes have no result.

How can I solve this?

  To clear the message telling you that you have to click on the center of the eyes, that is what you have to do. Once there is at least one eye defined you can click the OK button to clear the dialog. Clicking on the 2nd eye will clear the dialog automatically.
