How to export CMYK to send to printing company?

My printing company has given me an ICC profile for their CMYK printer using Fogra 39 paper
Unfortunately when I try to export using the ICC profile I get an error stating the Color Profile is not valid. 

I'm assuming this is because it is a CMYK profile and not RGB

Any ideas what I need to do to get round this?

  ON1 does not work with any colorspace except RGB. You won't be able to give them a file in the CMYK colorspace directly from ON1.

  Why is this?? Isn't ON1 suppose to be an excellent replacement for Photoshop?? I was searching for a way to switch from RGB to CMYK or save my work in CMYK as the printer mentions that they need this type of file and if you've worked with printing companies before you know they ask for that and the reason is simple, the rendering of colors for your print is going to be as you see it when you send it to the printer but not with RGB... I'm very disapointed that you can't even import a CMYK profile in here! :(
