Does the new 2021 version take better advantage of eGPUs on the Mac?

  It makes no difference if the GPU is internal or external. The program uses the best available GPU it can find.

  Command>I on the app icon then check Prefer External GPU.

  OK--Thanks.  I added a Sonnet puck with a Radeon RX560, and don't see as much of a boost as I would have expected.  Thought it might make a big difference with On1 Photo Raw and with Final Cut Pro.  Figured 2021 might take better advantage of it than the 2020 version.

  CMD-I works but ON1 2023 just gives the outer window with no pictures…really doesn’t like it.

  It's a known error on the bug list with no time frame for fixing it.
