Bonus presets for Photo Raw 2021 not installing

Received 2 "bonus" presets with pre-purchase of 2021. I installed new 2021 alongside all previous Photo Raw versions (I've been using On1 since inception and I keep them installed for various reasons). Fortunately no problems with install and it seems to be functional in big picture. However, I tried to install the two bonus presets ("Light and Airy" and "Monochrome Style") and both returned errors.  Monochrome Style still appears and seems functional but Light and Airy doesn't even show up in Presets. On the positive side, the new bonus Brushes installed using Extras Manager without any issues. In all my years of installing presets (.ONPreset files) I have never had a single error or failure to install!  The failed installation produces a lengthy error log that someone at On1 might want to see but doesn't help me directly.  Anyone else having this issue?  (Win 10 platform)

    Thanks Dariusz, I didn't realize the .onpreset files could be unzipped.

    updated preset files just downloaded and they worked.     Suggest re-downloading them again.

    A caution to all. If you've left 2020.5 PR on your computer, you will likely have to tell the preset where to install. 2020.1 will probably be the default, knowing Windows. If it pulls up 2020.5 instead of 2021, exit out, right click on the preset installer and select 2021 PR.

    I'm also having trouble with the presets - they want to install on PR20 and not 2021.  I don't see an option to choose which one to select.  I have PR2021 open but it still opens PR20 and wants to install it there.  (Win10)

    Terry's comment may be missing a vital bit - at least for Windows 10 users.

    From the right click menu you need to select "Open with" and then choose the correct icon.The light blue one is PR 2020, the dark Blue is PR2021.  If you only have one you need to dig deeper and find the executable for PR2021.  Once this is in the list, it stays there.

    Having the same problem installing presets in ON1 2010 on Windows 10 computer.  I have tried unzipping the ONPRESET file but errors still occur and installation failes.

    Angel, are you able to install ANY presets?

    Maybe you could post a screenshot here of the file you're trying to install so we can see what it is.

    We can't usually make heads or tails out of the log files, but out of curiosity, did you push the button to see what it said?
