I installed 2021 on my laptop with no problem.Thank you for the brushes and course.  I have two laptops with On1 installed. Do I understand I can only install the new version on one computer?  I tried with the same code and it did not let me download.  Thanks for your help.

  No, the download code can only be used once. Just copy the installer you downloaded for the first computer to the second computer. The change is that now only 2 computers can be signed in to the program at one time. Note this does not limit the number of computers it can be installed on, only how many are actively signed in at one time.

  If you don't still have the installer and cannot recover it from Time Machine, try signing in to your Account and look through your products. There should be a link there to download another copy of the installer.
