2021 activation info for Plus Pro members
If you are a Plus Pro Member you might find you cannot activate 2021.

Got the email at 4:37 pm, followed the instructions, downloaded, installed, still can't activate. Getting activation error -4. Running in trial mode.
Is there another email coming, or was tht the one that woas supposed to fix this problem?

A -4 error means you've logged into a valid ON1 account but the email address used is not the one used to purchase the program. Be sure you are logged in to the correct ON1 account.

Brian, I am getting the -4 message too.
I'm pretty sure this is an issue with On1 & perhaps Plus Pro accounts. I see On1 2021 in my products list. I know I am using the correct email. In fact I get a green checkmark by my email address when I enter it.

All I can tell you is what the article says. You'll have to contact support for more help, sorry.

That's not the problem, Brian. I used the correct email and password. I only have one account, so I couldn't mess that up, and my list of products purchased shows that I purchased this one today, using the coupon code that came in the Plus Pro email
So there's something wrong with the activation process.

At least we have the 14 trial for On1 to iron this out. Pretty sure they will. Support ticket submitted.

I just read a post from Nathan on the Plus Support forums. He said they are aware of the problem and will have it fixed shortly (a matter of hours).

I got an email with an activation code to use and get my free copy of PR2021. It worked perfectly; still had to log in though but no issues....
