Browser Artifacts

Using On1 2020.1.  After clicking DONE on an edit I see red artifacts in the full-screen Browser version of my image (see below).  Does not appear in jpeg Export of photo.

Seemed to be prevalent in earlier releases, but I haven't seen it in a while; thought it had been fixed.  Any suggestions on how to remedy or where to look in my edit?

  Try the refresh preview from the photo menu...Might help...

  Thanks for the advice.

  Refresh Preview appears to be "gray-ed out" in the Photo Menu.  Any idea why?

  It would be gray'd out unless a photo is selected.
