Not returning to the previously opened folder after relaunch

2021 still returns of the top catalog folder after closing and relaunching the program. It shortly passes by the folder that was previously opened but then seems so change its mind and opens the root of the catalog. 
Why wasn't this corrected.

  This is a very annoying shortcoming.

  This doesn't happen for most people. Have you done the Delete Settings thing yet?

  And yes, I have done the Delete thing on both.

  After some testing: 
  When I'm in Browse (Folders) upon closing, ON1 returns as expected to the last opened folder in Browse (Folders) for a second or two, but then switches to the top folder after launching. 
  The same happens when I'm in My Catalog upon closing. ON1 opens in the previously opened folder, but after some hesitation returns to the top folder in my catalog.

  Happens to me as well. ( On 2 machines )   Delete settings does not correct this issue. On1 acknowledge this as a bug last version. I have submitted a support ticket I would encourage others experiencing to do so as well.
