    No, you are not doing anything wrong. The 360º service does not support nested Albums at this time. I use them too and they all show up without the nesting so things are in place once that support is provided.

    Here is what my Albums panel looks like FWIW. You can see that there are nested Albums which are synced but as I mentioned above, they all show up at the root level in my mobile devices.

    Thanks so much for the reply, thought I was losing my mind. Has there been any word on when 360 will support this? I just exported from Lightroom 10 into 2021 and love it. But, I need to be able to share albums with my customers. :-(

    For now I'll just move those albums to the root level.

    Nothing has been announced about nesting published albums. I don't know what the plans are for them, sorry.

    Unfortunate.... it's pretty essential for people with customers... Oh well, guess we'll make the best of it until it comes, hopefully.

    Brian;

    How did you get the sub-folders synced. You said they all originally appeared at the root. Did you drag the synced album into a sub-folder to get that and does it actually work?

    Thanks

    What I did was select the root album, then, in the Browser window, I right-clicked in an empty spot without any photos selected and choose the command Add Album. The new album is created as a Sub-album. However, the hierarchy only appears on the laptop where they were created. On my mobile devices they still show up in the Albums tab without any nesting. If I choose the root album I still see all the photos in its sub-albums.

    BTW, there was an update to the Mobile app released yesterday. All advanced features are now unlocked for all ON1 Photo RAW owners. It is no longer necessary to subscribe to the 360 service to have access to those editing tools.

    Thanks Brian;

    I'm a little afraid to try that nesting approach. If they add the feature to allow nested sync'd albums, do you think it will be compatible?

    Just got the new mobile version, it's nice

    I'm happy with the mobile update too.

    If they do bring back nested albums I would expect them to be compatible. Until it happens though, it's just a guess.

    I've actually stopped using them. I had to do a Reset 360 a while back and that wiped out all my synced albums so I just rebuilt them with a flat organizational structure. If they do come back it will be easy enough to nest them again.

    Agreed, I'm ok with it the way it is for now, just hoping they add the feature, especially across Sync 360. Mine are all flat now, but when I imported 84,000 photos, all in nested albums, from Lightroom it was kind of a long process to rename the albums for sorting when they were all moved to the root.

    But, it's done now, and I am finally Adobe free :-)
