Upgrade to 2021 PRO+ is Not Free?

I received the email and my "discount" code, and followed the emailed links to the download registration page.  I entered my code and received a "discount", but the page still asks for a credit card and says I will be charged a balance of $87 after the "discount".  The advance information indicated it would be a 100% discount.  Does anyone else see anything like this?  Am I just giving up too soon?

Also, I run both a Windows and a Mac system.  Once I've entered the code and gotten past that issue will I still be able to download the  software for the "other" machine?

  It sounds like your coupon code has not been applied to the order. Once you enter your discount code, the page should say "Your order is free". No payment details are necessary.

  Also, you can download and use your copy of ON1 Photo RAW 2021 on 2 computers at a time.

  You should contact Customer Service through the Submit a request link below. We are just users here and do not have access to payment info.

  Thanks Brian. I really wasn't expecting payment help here, but rather some feedback from other users of seeing similar things or not, and perhaps some hints on whether this is usual at the point where it happens.

   

  Kahlie, thanks for the information, and for the confirmation on the 2 computers usage.  I did enter the coupon code into the box provided.  I guess that is the "order form"?  It definitely says $87 is due after I do that though, and opens the credit card fields. 

  How should I proceed then?

  Followup:  Don't cut+paste the code from the email...  Just type it in.  Things worked much better that way.

  What is "2021 Pro"? dis not know they had 2 versions.

  There are not 2 versions. Plus is a training program you can subscribe to separately from purchasing the program. There used to be a Plus Pro version that also included upgrades to newer versions but that program has been discontinued.
