2021 Sorting Issue

In ON1 2020 I am able to open a folder of photos and rearrange them by simply dragging the photos around. That way I can sort the photos as I wish, then I may rename them using a serial numbering system. Using 2021, I am not able to move photos around. Is there some setting I need to change to allow me to do that? Thanks

I'm not having any problems with this. Just be sure to watch for the divider between images to highlight before you drop the image in place.

Yeah, I see the divider and try to drop photos and they simply won't move. I have no problem doing so in 2020. So far I have paid for 2021 but don't use it.

Can you post a link to a video capture showing what happens when you try please?

I think it may be a random bug to certain machines. I sometimes have to try several times to move an image then other times it works perfectly. I'm using windows 10

Yup, I've seen this too. It drags and looks like it should drop, but it doesn't. The sort mode doesn't change to Custom either.
George, go ahead and open a support ticket for this. It shouldn't be this difficult.

Since others have seen this I'd report it too. I'd still record the video of it happening. You won't be able to attach it to the support request so you'll have to upload it to a sharing site and put the download link in your message.
