Export issue when using Tiling

When exporting an image using Tiling section the preview of the Tiling shows image with different colours and exported image has different colours. Anyone has same issue? I have reinstalled ON1 and have same issue with 2020 and 2021 versions. Also same issue with 2 different GPU. All drivers updates.

  I haven't used tiling, but your exported image is supposed to look properly. If it isn't, you should report that to On1 and include some examples showing what's wrong.

  I am having the same issue with ON1 2020. The image saves as a split image with no effects from the develop module applied. It appears flat like the raw file before and effect applied

  You have different issue. My issue was fixed few month ago with the new software update. My images had strong magenta cast.

  Kate, have you tried the 2021 trial version to see if your problem has already been fixed?

  Will installing the 2021 trial version affect my paid 2020 version, ie if I install the newer version after the trial expires will I still be able to use the 2020 version?

  No, installing a newer version will not affect your ability to continue running older versions. You may see a prompt during the installation asking if you want to remove all older versions. Just be sure to say no.

  Hi Brian

  Downloading the 2021.5 version fixed the export tiling issue.

  Will there be a patch for the 2020.5 software or do we have to purchase the 2021.5 version to fix this?

  Unfortunately you will have to purchase the newer version. Something to keep in mind is that the 2022 Upgrade will be coming out in the fall.
