On1 Mobile with full functionality only with subscription :-(
Some time ago, On1 promised not to switch to subscription models. Unfortunately, this is not true any more. I would like to use On1 mobile on my iPad with full functionality, and I would be willing to pay for it. But a subscription is a no-go for me. On1 Team, Its up to you if you loose ore gain a customer! I dont need On1 360 or whatever it is called. I even refused to update my 2020 version.
Jens, an angry customer.

Hi Jens, You're not talking to the company here. We are just other users like yourself. If you want the ON1 Team to hear your complaints you'll need to send them to the company directly. I would contact Customer Support with the Submit a request link below.

A couple of weeks ago, Nathan posted this about the Mobil App...
"We are still considering a one-time payment to unlock features."
So, you never know. It might be coming.

@Brian: This forum is linked from their official support area of their homepage. If they do not read here from time to time in order to care for their customers and their problems/feedback, they do something wrong. I will not run after them. I have done my part and described the problem here. Now it is their job to pick it up from here. It is as simple as that.
@ Rick: That sounds good. Hope this happens soon, I am starting to like the mobile version.

Jens, this is a USER support forum. On1 is not expected to reply here.

„Why did we create a separate place for support forums?
We wanted to improve the support experience and create a better place to search and find answers in a forum setting. By transitioning to our helpdesk for support forums we’ll be able to improve the interaction, promote answers and escalate issues quicker.“0
