    Hi Jens, You're not talking to the company here. We are just other users like yourself. If you want the ON1 Team to hear your complaints you'll need to send them to the company directly. I would contact Customer Support with the Submit a request link below.

    A couple of weeks ago, Nathan posted this about the Mobil App...

    "We are still considering a one-time payment to unlock features."

    So, you never know. It might be coming.

    @Brian: This forum is linked from their official support area of their homepage. If they do not read here from time to time in order to care for their customers and their problems/feedback, they do something wrong. I will not run after them. I have done my part and described the problem here. Now it is their job to pick it up from here. It is as simple as that.

    @ Rick: That sounds good. Hope this happens soon, I am starting to like the mobile version.
