    I know I am a Windows user, but I had the same problem. I had to turn off all ad blockers and ghostery and then it worked.

    Thank you for that advice, Gerry. I don't use Ghostery and I'm not sure if I put an ad-blocker on my desktop, it's shut down for the night now. I'll look tomorrow. Another thought occurred to me and instead of using Safari I might try with Chrome. I'm back on 2020 so there is no urgency, but I wish Customer Support would reply.

    OK, update:

    ON1 have got back to me and confirmed that it might be a browser problem. Changed browser and it went through OK.
