Camera profiles only appear for RAW files that On1 supports. If it's not RAW, your camera is not supported or the Camera model is spelled wrong, you won't see profiles.

So, as Brian says, you'll need to be way more specific.

Let me be more specific
I have a Canon M6 Mk ii ON1 2021.5 does not show the Camera Profiles for my camera even though the CR3 format and the Camera itself is on the fully supported list . All I see are the standard ON1 profiles .

These files are NOT yet supported.

And it's mentioned again farther down...

Canon CR3 support is now included for the following Canon Cameras:
Canon EOS R, Canon EOS RP, Canon PowerShot SX70, Canon EOS M50,
Canon EOS Rebel SL3 (250D/Kiss X10)

* Please note, we are still working on the compressed version or CR3 files (cRAW)
These files are NOT yet supported.
