Quick Slideshow Not Available

I just purchased On1 Photo Raw 2021 and was excited about the Quick Slideshow feature. However, the option is grayed out regardless of what I do. In the Browse module, I select several pictures, then go to Window, and Quick Slideshow, but then all the options are grayed out and I can't select any of them. How can I play a slideshow?

  Are you using On1 in standalone mode or as a plugin? If you posted a screenshot of On1 it might help see what's going on.

  Have you tried resetting preferences yet? Hold the Shift key down while the program is starting up until you see the dialog asking if you want to delete settings. Click the Delete Settings button then and see if that helps.
