Preset thumbnails not showing

The thumbnails for the presets are not showing when I select a specific preset. Therefore, I cannot see what any of the presets look like to select one.

  What happens if you go into the larger view?

  I have this problem too, and when I go into larger view, I still cannot see them. I am currently trialling ON1-2023, but already have 2022 - they have disappeared in there too. I haven't used ON1 22 very often so the problem has probably been there a long time. 

  Perhaps I deleted a file somewhere that I shouldn't have? I've had lots of versions of On1. 

  Edit - sorry I'm on a MacBook Pro ,not an iPad

  2023.1 on an iMac running Monterey.

  I, too, am having this problem. The thumbnail for the category shows (B&W Alternative, Color Film, etc.) but the thumbnails within the categories do not show.

  This has happened relatively recently, maybe in the last few weeks? I don't use these very often, so I can know for sure.

  Whenever the program starts misbehaving like this the first thing to do is to Delete Settings then, if that doesn't work, use the Reset ON1 Photo RAW command.
