Ultimate Bundle not dowloading

I took advantage of the big sale on the "ultimate" bundle, but none of it will download. Any idea why?

What happens when you attempt the download?
Where are you downloading from? By that I mean, are you clicking a link in an email message or have you logged onto your account and using the download link from the list of your products?
Have you tried more than one method?

I was trying from the list of items saying "download now" but then I tried from the email receipt and that worked. Sorry to raise a non-issue. Thanks for your response.
