Help with exporting
AnsweredHello. I have several photo's that I touched up and edited, but when I access the folders on my computer where these photo's are supposed to be, I can only find the original, unedited version. I can still see the edited version in On1, but how can I access my final version outside of On1? Is it a matter of individually exporting each changed photo, or am I overlooking something? Thanks for your thoughts on the matter.
Kind regards
JK (The Netherlands)

This is what non-destructive editing is all about. Your original image files are not touched when you make your edits. Those are stored in an internal database and in the .on1 sidecar files.
Yes, you must Export your edited images before you'll be able to see those edits outside of the ON1 program. They do not have to exported individually though. You can select all the photos you want to export then click the Export button at the bottom right corner of the program's window.

Thank you Brian. I figured it out and it's truly great. I worked with On1 for years but only now I am beginning to truly appreciate its power and value.
Happy New Year.
