Editing EXIF Data

Bit sideways but here goes...

Am engaged in bulk scanning operation of slides and negatives. Am adding EXIF data in On1 where I can but some fields cant be edited (eg: capture date) does anybody know of any way of doing this or an iMac App that can do this?

  You can edit the capture date in ON1. Go to Photo > Edit Capture Date….

  

  For other data that ON1 cannot access I use Adobe Bridge. It is free although you do have to have an Adobe account to use it.
