Moving from Catalina to Big Sur, as I read on some posts here, cataloged folders have to be rebuilt if I want to recover all my keywords, so I began rebuilding catalog, 4 hours ago; -225741312 done !!!

  Happens even otherwise on a clean install. Even after all previews etc are built, the number displayed here can be almost anything...

  I have never seen anything like that. It could be because the program isn't handling your language's numbering system correctly. What do you see if you switch to English? Not saying leave it there, just to check the display then switch it back.

  Brian Lawson, I am using English. Did not see the negative count in 2020 if I recall correctly. The latest release seems to have this issue at random.
