I would use the Perfect Eraser (Shift-Q). Don't try to take out an entire hair in one stroke. Break it into smaller pieces. Do not cross any large differences in color or tone. For instance, do the lips by themselves. Same for the dark area under her lower lip or where the hair crosses from her chin into the shadow on her neck.

From what I can tell the program does some kind of averaging for the colors and tones that surround what is being removed. When you brush across those kinds of differences the average gets whacked out and doesn't match any piece well. The average of 1 & 9 is 5 but a 5 drawn with a bunch of 1s stands out.

Go slow, you may need to use the tool a couple of times in places, in others it won't work well at all so you'll have to try something different like the Clone Stamp tool (Shift-S). This tool would be another option in place of the Perfect Eraser.
