You need to report this to technical support. Be sure to include the info requested in their article on submitting reports.

How to submit a problem to ON1 Tech Support - A Step-by-step Guide

I've been having problems with it too but so far, only when I use blending modes in combination with luminosity masks. I haven't narrowed it down any further than that yet.

You may add me to the list of having issues with ON1 2021.5 with Apple Mini M1. Didn’t have any real issues until I upgraded to this latest version update.
I mainly use ON1 as a plug-in with Lightroom Classic. But now it just continues to crash.  For now until ON1 has an update to run on M1 natively I guess I will not be using this program.

If you have the full Photo RAW program try resetting it holding a Shift key while launching the program. You'll see a Delete Settings? dialog. Click the Delete Settings button then quit the program and try the plug-in again. Try something simple like making a single adjustment then sending that back as a test.

I am able to use the program for simple edits. I have problems when I start stacking more complex edits with blending modes and luminosity masks. I'm in contact with the engineers about it. I know they are actively investigating the problem.

Just got word from Dan that they think they've tracked this down and will have a fix for it soon.

Sorry 'bout that. I stole the link from someone else and didn't check it closely enough.

Hi Brian, no problem as i just opened ON1 Photo Raw and an update was available and mentioned a fix for M1.  Installed and updated with no major issues and seems to run without crashes on my Apple Mac Mini M1.  Cheers!
