Support is investigating it, however please open a ticket as well so that they see more people have this issue.

Screenshot video I sent to support! (hope the link works!)

Sorry about that, I stole it from someone else's post and didn't look close enough. 😁

Try Deleting Settings then see what happens...

Maybe I spoke too soon. The Delete Settings thing worked the first time, but then when I was trying to do a bulk export once again On1 crashed and when I tried it again it was exporting the weird half green files. So I did the Delete Settings thing again and tried to export and now it is just crashing without exporting at all. Any other ideas at all please?

Now is the time to try the Reset ON1 Photo RAW option.

You also need to report this to support so they can get the engineers working on it.

Thanks Hakan, those half green export files are exactly how mine look too! I have raised a ticket so hoping they can do something very soon as the photos I am trying to export are needed by my customer!

Brian, sorry to ask, but how do I do a Reset On1 photo Raw option?  I have tried doing a search in the forum but can't find instructions sorry.

I did the Delete Settings and it still kept coming back. I have now received an email back from On1 support saying they have created a bug ticket from the problem and hope to have a patch soon. They also included a link to download the previous version, so I think I will have to go back to that for the time being, if only just to get these photos to my customers. Thanks

Workaround is to do the export while in EDIT mode.

The fixed 2021.5 update has been released. It fixes this problem.

Ok, I finally got around to re-installing the new version and trying it out tonight.  I was able to export an image, but then I tried to export with a Watermark and the program just crashed.  I then tried to re-open the program and it just immediately crashed.  I tried to do the Delete settings by holding down the shift key whilst opening but it still crashed before reaching the main grid screen.  So I rebooted my computer and tried again with the delete settings.  This time it did open and I did an edit and managed to export it the first time. Then I tried to do it again with a watermark and it again crashed whilst exporting and so I entered the cycle all over again!  This is getting so frustrating that I will have to roll back again to a previous version as I have photos to deliver and I need to protect them with my watermark!  I was only trying to export one photo and not a group at all.
