It's where it's always been (on the Mac): in the View menu, third from the bottom.

It's still there on my Mac too. The hotkey is Option/Alt-Shift-J.

Unfortunately it is NOT there in Windows.  While in Browse, third from bottom is now "Sort subfolder at the top."  In Edit it can be found under the View menu as well as by using the keyboard shortcuts, however it is of most benefit while sorting pics in Browse.

Make sure you are viewing the image in Photo mode (by itself). In Thumbnail view the Focus Mask is not available and its command is not listed in the View menu.

Thanks for your comment.  Yes, it does work here (though, admittedly, I was not aware of this.)  The real value of Focus Mask is when comparing two or more pictures in Compare Mode - which I now, thankfully, find also works.  I am surprised that it was removed from Thumbnail Mode.  Now that I know it works in Compare, that is all I really needed.  Thanks to all who have responded.
