I just got around to upgrading ON1 on my backup machine. ON1 RAW 2021 loaded just fine... now I am stuck with an old version 2020. I used the system app routines to remove the older version but there were three 2020 version. It allowed me to uninstall two of them but the third is hanging around. Does ON1 have a clean up routine to get rid of older versions?

  Unfortunately, no. I wouldn't worry about it. It is just an entry in the registry that points to a program which has been removed.

  I looked further and found an old reply from support about this issue. They said there is a know bug in windows and I should use the old method of uninstalling using the control panel. This got rid of the extra 2020 program from the list. And I tried it on my issue and it deleted the entry.
