How do I add a device to 360/cloud sync?
AnsweredI am transitioning to a new laptop and I have ON1 currently installed on both the new laptop, the old one, and my mobile device(all from the same account). I have a subscription to 360. The new laptop does not show up in the cloud sync devices on either the old laptop or the mobile app. I have been going through all the videos on how to use 360/cloud sync not none of them actually talks about how to get the device to show up in the first place. What am I missing?

The device should just show up automatically once it has been signed into your ON1 account and connected to the Cloud Sync service.
The first thing I would try is resetting Cloud Sync. Click the Reset Cloud Sync button in the Preferences > Cloud Sync tab.

I reset it and it is still not showing. I will submit a ticket I guess and see if they have a solution. Thanks.

Did you do it on both new and old machines? I should have been more specific, sorry.

Ok cool. I did that and it looks like you also have to have a least one thing cataloged for it to sync itself. It is showing up now. Thanks!
