A phallus que se repite.
AnsweredFirst of all, I apologize if this is not the right place to expose the problem.
1st My team: Intel i7 processor; Ram 8MB; SSD disk; OS Windows 10; Program On1 PR 2021.5
2nd The problem: Repeatedly and in different photographs (RAW) it happens that after processing them both with local adjustments and effect filters applied with masks, when I try to export them the JPG that is produced is practically a black rectangle. It is enough to close the program and turn it on again so that the problem disappears and generates a correct JPG.
If no one has observed this problem, I have to assume that I am doing something wrong?
Thank you for your attention.

Looking I have found a reference to update the GPU, I have done so and I hope to tell you soon that the problem has disappeared.

Yes, updating the GPU is the first thing to try. If you still have a problem you can try Exporting from Browse rather than from Edit and you can also try Exporting in the background rather than foreground (Page 205).
If none of those suggestions help, then you'll need to contact On1 support...

I correct the information about my PC:
My computer: Intel i7 processor; RAM 16 MB; SSD disk; O.S Windows 10 -64 ; Program On1 PR 2021.5
I have checked my graphics card and it is more than compatible.
The problem continues, less frequently but continues.
Who could help me?

In case the case is of interest to any reader: Following the instructions of Rick Sanmartino I have submitted a request to the technical service providing all the required information.
My request has been answered immediately by Cody Armstrong who has told me how to make the program work at all times with my GPU (Nvidia), I have done so and immediately the problem seems to have been solved.
I want to show here my satisfaction and gratitude to all the people who have collaborated.
Thanks.

I guess this site does not like links to Google pages. That is the 2nd time this has happened to me. Thanks Rick.

It is most likely a type Richard. 'que se repite' translates to something that repeats.

I'm guessing he meant a bug that repeats.

'Failure'; that makes sense.

Yes Brian, that's the correct translation.
