ON1 Mobile RAW Exporting Photos
AnsweredI connected my phone to a PC and wanted to move all the photos I shot with ON1 Mobile. I could not find them. What is the bet way to locate photos and transfer them to another device?

I don't use the mobile app, but the Photo Raw user guide says this on page 76...

The photos you take or share from the Cloud Service are stored in a private folder inside the app. To get them to your computer you have 2 choices.
1) Put them in a Shared folder. This will allow your desktop computer to access them with any edits you have made in the Mobile app. There is an option to upload the original file to the cloud service, that's the one you want to use so you can download the original file to the computer. The other option leaves the file on your phone while still allowing you to edit on either device.
2) Export them to the folder your phone uses for its photos. This will export any edits you've made but you won't have access to the original files. Once they've been exported you can use Photo RAW's Import feature to copy them from the phone.

Thanks Brian and Rick for responses. Figured out how to get to my photos. I was just trying out the mobile app to see if it had any use in my work flow. It is a nice tool but I will stick with my camera gear. And when I need to take photos with my cell... just use the app which comes with the phone. I would recommend a user guide if this app is going to be mainstream.

There are several videos on this site as well as YouTube that show how the program works.

There is a user guide. That's where I got the info in my post above from.

Here's the link to the User Guide: Download the Getting Started with ON1 Photo RAW - PDF
It's kind of hidden under the first Getting Started link I posted.

Brian I appreciate the list of resources. I assume since they are all found in amongst different product user guides that mobile is not considered a separate product. I am not a 360 users and do not intend to be one. So I would have never looked there. I have been a user and member of ON1 products since Picture Perfect and very seldom reference the RAW user guides. So other than Dylan's intro to Mobile video... I would not have found these sources. So thanks.
