Quality of Exported Files
I am finding that after exporting a processed RAW file, the sharpness and contrast is reduced signifcantly when compared with the RAW file. I have tried various options including exporting as a JPG and TIFF, exporting with and without the resize image type, and with and without sharpening for screen. None of these seemed to make any difference. I have looked through the manual and tried a search on the Support web page, but could not find anything to help. I suspect that I am missing something so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
The original RAW file, the ON1 sidecar, and the exported file can be accessed via the following links. The file names are self-explanatory. The export settings used for the exported file are also available shown in one of the links.

You've already tried everything I would suggest. You might want to run this by On1 support and send them the same examples.
They will want to know about your hardware, so include the info from this article.
To send large files, upload them to WeTransfer and include the resulting link in your request.

OK, thanks Rick. I will raise a case now.

Hi Rick,
In case you (and anybody else) are curious about my issue, I have just found something really weird. The editing on the RAW file was done several hours ago. I just re-opened Photo Raw to prepare the case, and I was amazed to find that the exported file now matches the edited RAW file perfectly!! I'm not sure if it was caused by the program, or my PC, but there appears to have been some kind of lag in the preview of the exported file being updated. Alternatively, maybe there has been some kind of file corruption that has now cleared.
Anyway, the problem no longer seems to exist... or maybe I am going completely mad....!!!

What were you using to view the Exported file?

I was simply using browse mode in Photo Raw.

Ok, so you brought the Exported image back into Photo Raw which means it had to make a new preview for it, so the image wouldn't have been sharp initially but once rendered it would look good. It may not make a difference for this, but at the bottom of the Browser, you can select Accurate for preview rather than fast which always is lower res at first.
Just a suggestion, rather than using Photo Raw to view Exported files which theoretically don't need any more editing, use a viewer that doesn't require making previews. I use irfan, but there are lots to choose from.
