Misleading advice???

Hello, when I was ordering NoNoise software several months ago, I was told it would be compatible with Photo Raw. ON1 Photo Raw 2021 runs well on my MacBookPro with High Sierra OS and Photoshop CS6 but the new 2021 NoNoise package keeps crushing. Very frustrating! What is the solution???

 

I cannot upgrade because CS6 would no longer work.

 

If NoNoise cannot run seamlessly within Photo Raw, please let me know how to get my money back!

  NoNoise does run seamlessly and is fully compatible with Photo RAW 2021.5. However, the minimum system requirements for running it are Mac OS 10.14, Mojave. Tech Specs
