Is it possible when using the cloning stamp tool ,to change the blending  option ?

  If you mean blending options like Multiply and Screen, then no, the only options are feather and opacity.

  However, there are actually 3 Clone stamp tools depending on what you need to do:

  1. Clone Stamp
  2. Healing Brush (Clone mode)
  3. Healing Brush (Heal mode)

  If you're not aware of them, they are described on page 102 of the Photo Raw user guide.
